Every road starts with a question: who will use it, and how can we make sure they get home safely? Over twenty-five years we have learned that the answer begins long before the first drawing.

Start with the survey

Accurate field data is the foundation. We combine aerial LiDAR, ground control and utility records so that nothing surprises the crew later.

  • Topographic and boundary survey
  • Subsurface utility engineering
  • Traffic counts and crash history

Model before you build

Simulation lets us test the design against thousands of scenarios. We share short walkthroughs with the community so the people who live there can react early.

A short walkthrough of a proposed corridor.

A good road is one nobody notices, because nothing ever goes wrong on it.

How long does a road design take?

Most corridors take between four and nine months from survey to final plans.

Can residents give feedback?

Yes. We hold public meetings and keep a comment form open throughout design.
